What happens after I pay?

First of all you will get access to my personal WhatsApp right after your order so we can start our work together.

How do I know that is not a copy-paste training / nutrition plan?

Right after you send me a WhatsApp I will send to you back a form with many questions about your personal situation ( previous experience with training – trainings per week – eat/sleep times – injury’s, etc.. ) that will help me to create a 100% personalized training / nutrition plan for you and for your specific life situation.

What if It’s difficult for me to do some exercise of the training plan and I need to change it?

I’ll be there 24/7 to do any adaptation to the training / nutrition plan in case it’s needed, so don’t worry if something has to be changed.

What happens if I don’t know the name or how to do some exercise?

Each exercise in the training plan comes with a video so you see how I want you to perform the proper technique of the exercise.

When do I have to pay again and change the training plan?

2 months is the time duration of the training plans, right after that it has to be changed for a new one so your body doesn’t get used to the same movements and we continue improving your body condition.

The Nutrition program could be designed for a vegan/vegetarian diet?

Totally, that’s not a problem and you can take all the nutrients that your body needs from vegan / vegetarian sources.
